First off - IT REALLY SUCKS ( I do know ) when money is tight, ya do your best, and some (censored) phone person acts as if your are pond scum. Well, they are Whale poop and ya know where that is - the bottom of the ocean - they are lower than low.
Don't kick yourself for the forgot to pay attention stuff - that happens a lot when money is slim to me anyway. I tend to forget just for self preservation perhaps.
Even when I am totally wrong I expect a bit of common courtesy and the circular flight patterns (call centers) of big businesses drive me nuts!
Remember: You can't eat an elephant in one bite and the bill collectors can't eat you either.
