I am willing to pay price differentials and not have the hassle of going to Canada,etc.<br>The PBM got the signature of the doctor and he did not discuss this (or my changed health status) with me. I am firing this doctor and getting another one.<br>I have a three month wait to get another specialist in this PPO plan. The switched<br>prescription was over 8 months old.
