1. "dooce" opened her piehole, devoid of all logic and reason, and committed to a contractual relationship.
2. "dooce" broke the agreement, which her representatives had agreed to.
3. She assumed that everyone gave 2 craps that she was "dooce", when they didn't.
4. Company sued to enforce it's rights and "dooce" gets upset.
This was a clear case of breach of contract, end of story. She is an idiot and was out of line. Maybe shutting up would be a smarter thing for her to do in the future rather than act like anyone, but those devoid of any intellect care what she has to say.
