I checked it out looking for HUD Section 204(a) and did not see anything with respect to reducing loans or guaranteed loans...  Then I found this same blog, am I glad to find it.  Companies like these should have their CEOs imprisoned for a very long time.  To purposedly scam people even after the housing/crediting crisis is terrible.
