    What a pain. I've had nephew (and his friend) with me all weekend, as he began his CSUCI orientation today. I'm watching my sister go through a lot of the same things and am grateful not do have to deal with it for another six years...

    Thanks...it's been a royal pain. I will give props to the CSUN folks for having a real voice on the phone willing to help and also for the personal intervention of Sticks' primary Jazz Studies advisor.
