I've had posts come through on Bloglines hours after they've been published at the blog. It didn't used to take that long so I don't know what's gone wrong.
However, I haven't noticed any absentee posts, but then, I wasn't looking for this...

Like Melinda, I've noticed entries showing up quite late but they DO show up. So I've not seen the real weirdness you describe.
(And I likely would know because I will often open up the blog itself in a new tab to get a better look.)
